Cindy Bartelson

Cindy Bartelson is edRISK and its three cells’ Director of Operations. In this capacity, she is the “go-to” person for onboarding and implementation activities. Her responsibilities include new group and program implementations, HR staff orientation, and troubleshooting health insurance-related issues.

When Cindy joined the organization, she was reunited with her former long-time boss, Tracy Hassett. Cindy previously worked for 15 years in the Human Resources department at member-owner school Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She also worked as an Account Executive at a Worcester-based insurance agency.

Cindy and her family, including her husband and three children, live outside Worcester, Massachusetts with their beloved English Cream Golden Retriever.
